This website, oilteas.com, is operated by Yahweh Allegiance LLC, a New York limited liability company. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yahweh Allegiance LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Our products, including OILTEA Nourishing Skin & Hair Oil, are sold primarily online through this website. Products may be available in limited quantities and may be returned only according to our Refund Policy. Because our products are personal care items, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. We may limit the quantities of any products we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Section 6 - Product Use and Safety
Our products are cosmetic products intended for external use on the face, beard, hair and skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Before using any product, read the full label and ingredient list. Products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, keep out of reach of children, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, or are pregnant or nursing, we recommend doing a small patch test and consulting a healthcare professional before use.
Individual results vary. Customer reviews, testimonials and before and after photos reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the results you will get.
Section 7 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address or phone number provided when the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 8 - Promotions and Discounts
From time to time we may offer discounts and promotions. Our current offers are:
- First order: new customers receive 10% off their first order.
- Email subscribers: customers who sign up for our email list receive 10% off. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.
- Before and after photos: customers who send us before and after photos of their results receive 20% off their next order.
Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply to product prices only (not shipping or taxes), cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and are limited to one use per customer. We may change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without notice, and we may refuse or cancel a discount we believe was obtained through fraud, multiple accounts or misuse. Discount codes may not be sold or transferred. Purchases made with a discount are refunded at the price you paid, as described in our Refund Policy.
Submitting photos for the photo discount means you agree to the photo terms in Section 11.
Section 9 - Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we do not monitor and over which we have no control or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the relevant third-party provider offers them.
We may also offer new services and/or features through the website in the future. Such new features and/or services are also subject to these Terms.

Certain content, products and services available through our Service may include materials from third parties.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. Section 11 - Reviews, Photos, Feedback and Other Submissions
If, at our request, you send us certain submissions (for example, product reviews, testimonials, or before and after photos), or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail or otherwise (collectively, “submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use those submissions in any medium, including on our website, social media and advertising. We are under no obligation (1) to keep any submission confidential, (2) to pay compensation for any submission, or (3) to respond to any submission.
Photos. When you send us photos, you confirm that you are the person shown (or have that person’s permission), that you took the photos or own the rights to them, and that they are unaltered and accurately show your results. You agree that we may display your photos, together with your first name or initials, to show how customers use our products, and that the photo discount described in Section 8 is full compensation for this use. We will not publish your full name, email address or other contact details with your photos without your permission. If you would like us to stop using a photo you sent, email us at products@oilteas.com and we will remove it from our website and social media going forward; we cannot recall materials already printed or distributed.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove submissions that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violate any party’s intellectual property or these Terms.
You agree that your submissions will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your submissions will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any submission. You are solely responsible for your submissions and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any submissions posted by you or any third party.

We reserve the right to end your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.

The OILTEA name and logo, our product labels and packaging, and the text, photos, graphics and other content on this site are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use any of them, including in any domain name, social media handle or product listing, without our prior written permission.
Section 16 - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or our products will be accurate, reliable or the same as results shown by other customers.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we may deny you access to our Service (or any part of it).
