OILTEA didn't start in a lab. It started with a beard and a problem.
Every beard oil I tried did the same thing: it softened the hair, then broke out the skin underneath. Heavy, greasy formulas sat on my face all day, and the breakouts that followed made me want to quit using them altogether.
So I started making my own. I wanted something light enough that my skin could breathe, rich enough to actually soften coarse hair, and simple enough that I could read and understand every ingredient on the label. After a lot of trial and error, I landed on a base of organic hempseed oil with a blend of ten organic essential oils.
The more I used it, the more places I found for it. Dry hands. Stubborn flaky patches. My hair. My whole face, not just the beard line. That is when I realized this wasn't only a beard oil. It was one oil that could do a lot of jobs.
