Cancellation policy

You can cancel an OILTEA subscription at any time. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. For full details on plans and billing, see our Subscription Policy.
How to cancel, skip or pause
- Sign in to your account on oilteas.com and open Subscriptions, or
- Email products@oilteas.com from the email address you used to subscribe.
Cancelling in your account takes effect right away. If you email us, please write at least 2 business days before your next renewal date so we can process it in time.
When a cancellation takes effect
Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next order. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Orders that have already been charged or shipped can't be cancelled.
Refunds on subscription orders
Subscription orders follow our Return and Refund Policy. You can get a full refund on unopened, sealed bottles within 30 days of delivery.
Price changes
If our price changes, we'll email you before your next renewal at the new price, so you have time to cancel.
